Trash, compost, or recycle service request?

For trash, recycling, or compost services, you can view, make changes, and submit requests about your account on the My Utility Account portal at https://myutilityaccount.longmontcolorado.gov.

To Report:

• graffiti related concerns, visit the graffiti page graffiti page
• abandoned shopping carts, visit the abandoned shopping carts page
• problems with a street or pedestal light, use the Report a Street or Pedestal Light form

For emergency hazards please call 9-1-1 or contact Longmont Public Safety dispatch. Emergency hazard include:

• missing or damaged Stop sign
• suspected water main break
• flooding
• graffiti in progress
• hazardous materials (chemical dumping, oil spills, etc.)
• street/sidewalk/trail maintenance issues presenting a safety hazard for pedestrians, cyclists, motorists or people using mobility devices
